Our Social Impact

To us, being a social enterprise means prioritising making a positive impact on organisations and individuals, before making a profit. We particularly like working with organisations who are focused on having a positive impact, whether it be to strengthen local economies, help our communities or educate our children.

How we measure our Social Impact

The Social Impact Counter records the impact we make and our progress in achieving our aims. This comes from;

           Each time one of our free Digital Action Plans is created to help an organisation or individual achieve more or be safe online.

          The number of hours donated to helping social good organisations

The impact of our work

Digital Journey has helped over 10,000 businesses to date and 92% (that’s 3,680 businesses) report through independent research that they have made or can see productivity gains.

A few of the projects we have completed:

Formed computer clubs in low device schools and provided tablets (which we fundraised for) for the kids to use

Created a fun and interactive game for children staying at Ronald McDonald Homes

Provide free training and one on one coaching to not for profits and charities across New Zealand (where we can)

Heaps of time doing one on one coaching, providing free advice to grow digital confidence

Ran a cyber security programme across schools to help staff understand the risks and what to look out for

Our free Digital Action Plans have helped thousands of organisations:

A free Cyber Security Assessment has been developed to help businesses stay safe online. Give it a go here.

To help increase digital confidence, we have created a Digital Citizenship Assessment.
