It can be a full time job managing your time and making sure the one million things you’re being asked to do get done! So, what’s the best way to keep track of everything and make sure it gets completed? Here at Digital Journey, we love Trello!
Trello is a free application that allows you to create boards and lists to help you manage the jobs that you need to do. You can create individual cards for each job, then click and drag them into different lists (such as ‘To do’, ‘Doing’ and ‘Done’) so you know where you are with your tasks. You can also have multiple people to join the board, everyone in your office for example, or you can leave it just for yourself.
Trello lets you create a due date for your cards, and has the ability to send you reminders when they are getting close to being due. You can also colour code your cards for ones that relate to eachother, and assign members of the board to complete certain cards.
While this is just a very basic introduction into Trello, there’s so much more to discover and learn about it. And because Trello is a very well-known brand and is used around the world, there’s never a lack of support or help out there when you need it.
